Corkonians were served up a treat to kick start the Easter Bank Holiday Weekend as legendary Irish Rebel Band – The Wolfetones came to Leeside. This gig was finally played after a 2 year delay due to the dreaded Covid 19 pandemic. The punters patience was rewarded however, as the famous trio played their hearts out in the Clayton Hotel, Silverspings on Good Friday. Those lads are like a fine wine, they only get better with age! The Cork No 1 had a contingent in attendance and some lovely snaps were taken. To Brian, Tommy and Noel, thanks for a great night and no doubt we’ll see ye again soon. Until next time, take care.
